Things we need help with:

  • Hand-written cards to ALL clients- good handwriting is a must!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office- we create customized Petra Playbooks for each client so knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint will get you far.
  • Social Media- we LOVE social media and need someone to take over our Hootsuite updates
  • Host meetings- the ability to step in and meet with potential clients or lead a webinar to discuss Petra Coach or Align.
  • Office/admin help: The ability to do it all: keeping the fridge stocked with plenty of Red Bulls to retyping articles and recaps. We need help with it all.
  • Video editing: We do some videos and an in-house editor would be awesome.
  • Brownie Points for Rockefeller Habits and Align Today knowledge. We live and breathe these tools so it’s helpful if you know them.

Attributes:

  • History of setting/achieving goals- if we are gonna ask clients to do it we’d like to see you do it too.
  • Resourceful- able to find new and better ways to “get it done”
  • Creativity- we like to add a little “extra” to everything we do so a creative mind helps
  • Willing to do whatever- from calling top level CEO’s to taking out the garbage- every member of Petra does a little bit of everything.
  • Dependability- Knowing that we can give you a project and it will be completed on time is a MUST.
  • Committed long-term: no summer-long internships here- we need someone to learn the ropes and stay with it.

Work Environment:

  • Some travel may be required.
  • Petra is a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Busy season is typically around the 3rd month of each quarter and its all hands on deck.
  • 10-25 hours a week with potential for full-time
  • The Petra Coach office is located off Cool Springs Blvd. Some office/home work will be required.
  • We’ll get you set up with a laptop to make your life a little easier.
