An athlete her entire life, Lexie knows all too well that success doesn’t come without hard work, determination, grit and patience – similar to running a successful business. Lexie has lived more places than she can count, which has taught her to adapt to change well and bloom where she is planted. In a fast-paced, ever-changing world, she has learned that, in both life and business, when things don’t go as planned, we must pivot and keep it moving!

This innate desire to see people and their businesses adapt and thrive is what initially drew Lexie to Petra. She not only wants to help organizations improve their internal practices and processes to be better overall, but she also thrives in building interpersonal relationships with business leaders and members of the team. After all, as she always says, “Teamwork makes the dream work!”

Prior to Petra, Lexie earned a degree in psychology from Indiana University (GO HOOSIERS!) and took to the world of sales and advertising. When Lexie isn’t working, she can be found traveling, cooking, hiking or on the golf course.
