Julia was born and raised near Cleveland, OH (Go Browns!) before heading to Oxford, MS, where she earned her degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi.

Before joining Petra Coach, Julia interned with a national cheerleading organization, traveling across the country to host All-Star competitions. That experience sparked her love for travel and high-energy environments—something she still brings into her work today.

As an Accountability Coach, Julia has led hundreds of planning sessions with leadership teams across the world, helping them turn big goals into clear priorities—and real execution. She brings a natural “cheerleader” energy, but is known for pushing teams to follow through. Julia partners closely with leaders to strengthen how their teams operate, communicate, and perform, grounded in her belief that business results reflect the people behind them. She’s naturally curious and committed to continuous growth, always looking for better ways to challenge teams, spark new thinking, and drive stronger results.

Now based in Tampa, FL, Julia stays active with Pilates and spends as much time as possible on the water or at the beach.
