Greg Eisen is the definition of an entrepreneur, having started, built, bought and sold numerous businesses in several industries over 20 years. With an entrepreneurial lineage that includes his father and two grandfathers, starting and building companies is in his genes.
Greg’s coaching credo is “Learn Better, Lead Better, Live Better” and he brings this mindset to everything he does. After using the Rockefeller Habits to grow and sell his business to a billion-dollar company, Greg is now driven to help Petra Coach client companies achieve success in their businesses and personal lives. As a coach, he preaches relentless focus on improving the customer experience and building systems that facilitate that experience in a consistent and scalable way. Greg is unyielding about creating a purpose-driven culture of unfettered transparency, alignment, and accountability.
Greg, his wife Amanda and their two children, Julia and Joshua, live in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Greg has been an active member of the Connecticut chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) since 1999. He was one of the chapter’s founding members and has held several board positions with EO, including President. Greg is a former college basketball player and loves all things athletic, including endurance multisport racing.
