What can I expect to end up with after?

  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Huddles/Planning meetings
  • Quarterly TOP Priority design and KPI management of each – for every team member
  • Daily Huddle reporting that keeps accountability and communication flowing – for every team member
  • Two week Top Tasks reviews with purpose and measurable outcomes – for every team member
  • A team with a personal plan for progress and the knowledge of how to continue these
  • A deep understanding of the process and ability to continue it ‘on your own’
  • Predictability for your business, the ability to review the past and see the future – accurately
  • A culture that has a clear understanding of what it takes to ‘win’ (a little weirdness)
  • The team will better solve challenges on their own – Leaders will delegate naturally
  • You will be better at finding the right people, getting them into the right seat and keeping them
  • A Network that you can draw from for expertise or plan ole simple needs (use us for that)

What do We have to do?

Items to know, understand and review – Expectations

  • Contact us – we don’t know what’s going on unless you let us know – 24/7 access – use it
  • 100% – leadership has to be ‘in’ – and has to be the ones that set the example
  • Response Time – we will respond within 24 hours – please do the same with us – all of us
  • Not an hourly measure – time not here (work @ office), measure the results – not when you see us
  • Survey response – 10 business days prior – 5 business days prior BACK – help us get these
  • Casual dress – the days we work as a team, dress casual – you’ll be glad you did
  • Additional Charges – books, travel, materials, printing, team building etc – if needed
  • Be on the scheduled calls – each two weeks – attend or have someone attend
  • Annual/Quarterly – big planning session – time, who, where (one full day – two to start)
  • We will coach – you have to run the race – we will be here to guide the process – you guys have to do it
  • Champion – one person designated to be the ‘lead’ leader – and accountability person
  • Suggested – Continual Learning – key to leadership – attend at least ‘one’ summit annually
  • This program is YOURS – you own it – you define it – you build it – you continue it – (We coach)
  • Required – Billing – month to month, 5th of each month, billed via ACH authorization
  • Required – Align – tool for use in managing the program as a whole (fees apply)
  • Required – DiSC – or some other profile system – Knowing each other and how to best interact (fees may apply)

What does this program look like?

1st coaching session – 2 days – discovery – creation
1st day – (Senior Leadership) – 1/2 to 1 full day
One Page Plan (core values, core purpose, BHAG, 3-5 year targets, 3-5 year Top Priority list, brand promise, sandbox – other) these items can take several sessions to finalize. We want to ensure we have at a minimum the core values – core purpose and 3-5 year ‘pieces’ of the plan before we move on to the broader team.
Continue discovery around the team and business:

  • Organizational chart (team details)
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, On-Boarding process
  • Review process (360)
  • Business functional areas review
  • Financial review
  • Other items of interest
  • Areas the business is struggling now
  • Team members the business is struggling with
  • Any other ‘need to knows’ that could create an issue in the Rock Habits process or that we could address and assist with

2nd day – discovery – creation – 1 full day
(Leadership – Larger Team – All Team *depending on size of business)

  • One Page Plan review – creation and buy in – what is it and why/how will it help – buy in and to build excitement around the process
  • Typically some type of learning exercise (appreciation, team building, discovery of yourself and others)
  • One Year Top Priorities and Action Items – for this year – or year remaining
  • Quarterly Top Priorities and Action Items (company)
  • Quarterly Top Priorities and Action Items (each individual)
  • Daily Huddle – setup and practice

2nd coaching session – 1 day – discovery – creation – (where are we – how are we doing – where are we going – how will we get there)
1 day only (Leadership – Larger Team – All Team *depending on size of business)

  • One Page Plan review – additional creation and buy in
  • Typically some type of learning exercise (appreciation, team building, discovery of yourself and others)
